Ruleframe Limited operates this website and offers digital products, software-related services, and subscriptions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

Product descriptions, pricing, billing intervals, taxes, and accepted currencies are presented at or before checkout. You must provide accurate billing and account information when placing an order.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment service provider we choose. Where services are offered on a recurring basis, subscription charges will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date disclosed at checkout or in your account settings.

If an obvious pricing, technical, or availability error occurs, we may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment and refund any payment already taken.

Unless we state otherwise, our products are digital goods, digital services, subscriptions, or software access rather than physical goods. Delivery is usually made by email, account activation, download link, hosted access, or another electronic method.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product. If access is not provided within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, contact us at hello@ruleframe.io.

• Some digital services are supplied immediately after payment or shortly after manual review.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser, account credentials, and email address are suitable for delivery and ongoing use.

Consumers in the UK may have a 14-day right to cancel some distance contracts. However, where you ask us to begin supplying digital content or digital services during that period and acknowledge that you will lose the cancellation right once supply begins, the right to cancel may end when the download, activation, or service starts.

Our separate Refunds & Cancellations policy explains how we handle cancellations, subscriptions, and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

You must not misuse the website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security, copy or reverse engineer protected material contrary to law, or use the services unlawfully.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, all intellectual property rights in our website, content, software, branding, and materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant only the limited rights needed for lawful use of the services you purchased.

• No unlawful or fraudulent use.
• No resale, copying, or redistribution beyond the licence or access rights we grant.
• No interference with website security, availability, or operation.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, business losses suffered by consumers, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
