Refunds & Cancellations
This policy explains how Ruleframe Limited handles cancellations, cooling-off rights, subscriptions, and refunds for digital products and services.

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after the contract is made. However, this right may not apply, or may end early, if you asked us to begin supplying digital content or digital services during that period and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel once supply started.
Where a product has not yet been delivered or access has not yet started, and no exception applies, we will honour cancellation rights required by law.
If you purchase a subscription, you can cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but usually does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
If you believe a renewal was taken in error, contact us promptly and we will review the request fairly and in line with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If a digital product or service is faulty, not as described, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or an unauthorised charge has been taken, contact us and we will review the matter in accordance with consumer law and card network rules.
Where a refund is due, we will send it to the original payment method unless another lawful and appropriate method is needed.
Approved refunds are submitted back to the original payment method. The exact time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, bank, and card issuer.
Stripe states that refunds commonly take five to ten business days to appear on the customer's account after processing, although timing can vary.
For some payment methods, Stripe may contact the customer using the order email address to collect information needed to complete a refund where direct refunds are not supported.
Our products are typically supplied digitally by email, account access, download link, hosted access, or another electronic method described at checkout.
